Art Deco Dimensions was founded in 2005 by John Thomas.  Mr. Thomas is a noted Art Deco Historian, author, lecturer and period preservation/design consultant specializing in the Art Deco and Streamline Moderne period 1925-1940.

Professional services include consulting for design, adaptive reuse, restoration, rehabilitation, preservation and reconstruction of Art Deco and Streamline Moderne cultural resources and historic properties in accordance with the Secretary of Interior Standards for the Treatment Historic Properties.  Clients include developers, architects, real estate professionals, non profit organizations, community groups, government agencies, and home owners.  

Art Deco Dimensions is unique as we work to assemble a team of practicing professionals in architecture, engineering, and related fields to ensure project goals are achieved.  Additionally we have extensive experience working with local government officials to navigate all aspects for project development.
